After To Many times attempts finnaly test ads showing so i have one question now i published app on play store and facebook apprvoed my app then ads live on app ? without any issue
Okay,but can you tell what was the issue earlier that ads weren’t showing so other people who have issues can solve it too.
Just Proper put facebook ads adunits in test mode after put proper open interstitial ads or banner or native ads test mode with enable facebook advanced bidding test ads showing

You will have to active it. to show ads.
Go to segment and active it.
I aslo face such problem before i solve it by myself. you should check what is missing. Then only your mind will be sharp.
