Then you have done something wrong, According to screenshots you didn’t gave ad unit id in core component, did you gave it?

Mopub ? banner or interstitial

or

facebook ? banner interstitial

Hi same problem with me , test ads not working . I also added my test device in mopub and Facebook.
Here is my block below.

You have to enter mopub ads ad id,not Facebook.
From the image it seems it’s Facebook ad id.

Your Project is right and implementation is right too,but I think it’s not setup properly in your account.
