Niotron Companion QR Code Scans but Does Not Connect

Attach NecessarHello Niotron Support Team,

I am facing an issue with the Niotron Companion.

When I scan the QR code using the Companion app, the QR code is scanned successfully. There is no “QR code invalid” or “Scan failed” message. However, after scanning, nothing happens. The project does not load on my phone.

I have already tried:

  • Restarting both my PC and phone

  • Using the same Wi-Fi network

  • Using a mobile hotspot

  • Scanning the QR code multiple times

  • Testing different projects

The problem still exists.

My details:

  • Niotron Builder Version: v185a

  • Companion Version: 4.9.14

  • Phone Model: (OPPOA3x 5G)

  • Android Version: (14)

Could you please help me solve this issue?
