the companion app scans the qr but nothing happens afterwards, the builder page stays still. Is it just me or anyone else is facing the same issue?
I have tried both builder and beta.
Does it show a connecting progress?
What network are you on? Are you using wifi and on the same network?
No progress indicator is displayed!
It just stays on the QR section as is and after some times it says Unable To Connect
I’m using beta builder (though tried the prev builder as well) over Firefox browser and the companion app is also the beta version one. Also, network is pretty stable and fast.

The Companion app on Niotron won’t connect. It just stays stuck and doesn’t respond.

It’s very painful to subscribe and pay for a service you can’t even use and test and the leaders of the platform are acting unconcerned. At least come out and say something to your customers or give some assurance that you are working on the issue but no; we have been ghosted totally. What happens if my subscription dies and I can’t test or package my App? This is not fair please

I completely agree; suffering an occasional setback is one thing, but failing to act when required and being completely absent is something else entirely.
Many of us left other platforms for the same reasons, and here we are—in the same situation, with no guarantees and no support.
Please help, niotron companion is not working, i had tested it in firefox and in chrome and in both it doesnt works
