I have an advanced but basic question to consider, I have an app on play store which is working fine. But now I have stopped working on the platform on which I made that app. And it is difficult to work on it in the future. Currently I am working on Niotron. I have a question, is it possible to build an app with the same package name on top of Niotron and publish it in play console instead of the old app? As doing so will violate the policy of Google Play Console, please guide us.
