Ads is not showing

Hello Niotron Support Team,

I am a Niotron user and I am facing an issue with AdMob ads in my published app.

Issue:

  • Ads work correctly in Test Mode
  • After publishing the app on Google Play Store, real ads do not appear at all
  • AdMob Reports show Requests = 0 and Impressions = 0

What I have verified:

  • App ID and Ad Unit IDs are correctly configured
  • AdMob account is active with no policy violations
  • app-ads.txt is properly set up
  • App is linked to Google Play Store in AdMob settings
  • All ad types (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded) are affected
  • App has been live on Play Store for more than 3 days

Real ads take time and sometimes won’t be available all the time. If the test is working implementation should be right.

Just noticed via the Library Manager that Niotron is on AdMob SDK v23.0.0. Even though it was deprecated back on February 17, 2026, ads should still be loading fine.

@abhijith, whenever it’s convenient for you, it might be time to think about updating it to the latest version just to stay ahead of any future issues.

My concern is not that real ads are unavailable. The issue is that AdMob shows 0 Requests after more than one week. Test ads work correctly, app status is Ready, but Requests and Impressions remain 0. Could you explain why no requests are reaching AdMob

Check your credentials and see if everything is properly set.

is treu that i need to put theadmob initialisation code ( mobile ad initialize ) on the first screen of my app ? could this be the reason why ads are not showing please help me because its been two weeks have passed and request 0 .

Yes you do need to initialize the component.
