Niotron already updated the Unity SDK to a compliant SDK. All you have to do is export a new AAB and publish in Google Play to solve
If the issue is still not gone after this, it means you have to deactivate all non-compliant older versions from your Developer Console. For example if you have non-compliant versions in Closed Tracks, you have to publish a compliant version in Closed Tracks to deactivate the non-compliant ones
