Why Empty App Size 7.8 MB

I create empty app without any components, the app size 7.8 MB . why this size, I thik your plan to charge every developer. because less then 10 MB size cross for using few componets. Fix this issue

Because that’s all the base libraries required for an Android App. In the beta version we’ve optimized it a bit more. Try creating an app with Android Studio or any other tool you would get a reference of app sizes.

@Ankit_Pal as said by Abhijith this app size is due to the Android libraries, this is increased with Android 14 update and will keep on increasing as the Android version increased, but this will not be any problem as playstore will generate the apk through aab file and that size is very less.
