why the cloud massaging component is not working???

I try all way still not work °
And one more thing what we share with you there are nothing to share. After cloud messaging initialise got user token everything okay at this time but when we try to send notification using fcm API no notification received at phone. So better understand please use this component at your self

when i try to subscribe topic it can’t show me is topic subscribed or not ? and I think the subscriber block not working for that notification not coming…
