the problem is thet the image that is downloaded it is coming in files instantly but taking time to come in gallery
like we download img and turn off phone and wait 1-2 mint then it show in gallary

First, you are storing the file in the Downloads folder. An appropriate place would be /Pictures or /DCIM.
Even so, you would also need to refresh the gallery. Here is an example on how to do it.
