When comes API Level 31

Please tell me admin which day api level 31 coming. Because I have few apps in publish and update on Playstore. Please provide proper date and no mention coming soon.

If your app was published on the Play Store before Aug 2022, your app / update does not need to target SDK 31 (as of Nov 2022 only).
