Dear Niotron community,
We would like to inform you about some important changes that are taking place within Niotron App Builder and our user management systems. As we transition into the new phase under Fixale Softwares Private LTD, we are making updates to enhance the user experience and streamline our operations.
Firstly, starting from this point forward, all user data, authentication, and payments will be handled by Fixale Softwares Private LTD. This change ensures a more secure and efficient handling of user information and transactions.
To facilitate this transition, we kindly request all users to create a new account at https://auth.fixale.com. Please note that user login data will not be automatically migrated to the new system. Once you create a new account, your existing projects and other data will be seamlessly migrated to your new account.
For managing payments and subscriptions, please visit https://payments.fixale.com. This platform will provide you with a comprehensive overview of your orders and subscriptions. In your bank statements and reports, payments made for Niotron App Builder will now be displayed as “Fixale.”
To manage your account and data, please utilize the features available at https://myaccount.fixale.com. This centralized dashboard will enable you to have full control over your account settings and data management.
Please note that these changes are currently being implemented on the Beta Server and will be updated on the main public builder starting from June 1, 2023. Users on the main builder can continue using the old authentication and temporary free services until this date.
As part of this transition, My Niotron will no longer be accessible starting from June 1, 2023. All user management tasks will be conducted through the Fixale My Account Dashboard. Additionally, we are discontinuing the Niotron Store, and it will be replaced by Fixale Payments.
Lastly, we would like to inform you that the Companion Auto Connect feature will be temporarily disabled. However, we are actively working on a new system to replace it, which will be introduced in the near future. In the meantime, users can still connect via the old method.
We understand that these changes may require some adjustment, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transitional period. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all users, and we are confident that these updates will ultimately enhance your app-building journey.
