Describe the bug in detail…
First enable Scrollable from Screen property.
If I use this “Screen Scrollable” block and make it true, then Sidebar component which we use to make any arrangement a sidebar doesn’t work. I mean it make that arrangement a sidebar but, sidebar’s Open and Close function will not work.

Can you tell me what actually he mean. I am not clear with his English
At first enable Scrollable from Screen property. then go to block screen and set Screen1.Scrollable = false. now try to add sidebar
If you need a scroll screen then make the screen scrollable in design part and in that case it is working.
I think you didn’t understand the issue

and then try to open sidebar
I understand sir but if any user need scroll screen then he can make scrollable through design part and there is no issue. There is no different to make scroll screen between through design part and blocks part. I know it is a bug but you can try alternatives too.
