Upgrade account monetization error

Don’t tag staff unnecessarily gating error Upgrade account Monetization. I have 25 days left for expired plan and i have 2 plan more then 10 mb pland and Monetization plan at this time Monetization plan is not work mainwile when i try to export app got this error message. Follow the image
