The error users are facing with companion is when you try to upload or run an external file/asset/extension, if you use only the inbuilt functions and already provided components, the companion will run smoothly. Although I highly request the developers to please come up with a solution soon as possible and at least give us a tentative time for the next update. Let people have hope.

Companion doesn’t work.
I’m using Windows 7 and have tried chrome 109 and firefox 115, with and without legacy
Sometimes an error message appears (failed to load json file), and sometimes nothing happens just deson’t connect.

I am going to tell a solution for it which really work for me.
Step 1 : Open Companion And try one time .when the error start showing in app just click on End Application And Wait on your niotron web to show the companion is disconnected.
Step 2: Repeat this process 2 or three time then your companion definately connected .

Now companion connected but screen not showing stuck on default companion home screen.

Niotron Team is not responding with this issue, is this a small issue that, they can avoid, at least they can say we are working on it, it will be solve soon.

Its working but, unable to load file issue is still there. In main server.

Even after bunch of reports , the niotron team has still not made the companion of the main server functional.
