Unable to Load File Error in Niotron Companion

Hello Niotron Team,

I have been facing an issue with the Niotron Companion app for the last three days. The error message displayed is:

“Error! Unable to load file: https://builder.niotron.com/ode/download/file/1735397358554/assets/6b.jpg

Device & Software Details:

  • Device: Realme P1 5G (Model: RMX3870)
  • Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7050
  • Android Version: 14
  • Niotron Companion Version: 4.9.1

Issue Details:

  • This error appears whenever I try to connect the Companion app.
  • I have tried clearing cache/data, reinstalling the app, and checking on different networks, but the issue persists.
  • The problem was resolved earlier but has started again for the past three days.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a solution available.

export the aia and import it in beta version of niotron. It working there.

Same issue and I also get the error “Server error: Could not save one or more files in Niotron. Please try again later!”

Atleast please tell us how many days it will take to fix @abhijith. I have paid money for application size and its waisting my time, i am not able to test my app.

Try on Beta server with Companion 4.9.8.

still eror export file

04/04/25 Beta also stopped working. Same error.

no beta is working, just issue with main server

Export the .aia file from Nitron Builder and import it into the Nitron Beta version. Perform a Live Test there. If everything works correctly, export the .aia file again from the Beta version and import it back into Nitron Builder. Then build the APK – and it will be done. Do not initialize OneSignal beta version in the Blocks section, otherwise the Live Test will crash.
