I am currently facing a critical issue where I am unable to export my app due to the App Size Upgrade restriction. Unfortunately, I am unable to upgrade because of system failure, and my app’s deadline is this Monday. I have already reached out to the admins, but they have informed me that it will take time.
What’s frustrating is that just a month ago, my upgrade was processed manually—so why not this time? I am even ready to pay for the upgrade, but despite waiting for the past three days I have been unable to work on my app at all.
I request an urgent resolution for this issue as my project is at risk. Please escalate this matter as soon as possible. I feel completely helpless and stressed out. Please, if anyone has any solution or if the admins can speed this up, I would be really grateful. I just need to get back to work before it’s too late.
