Ok make some changes in your php file
Most probably your other host does not support GET or POST requests. … unfortunately you forgot to mention, which host you were trying… you might want to ask their support…

you are right. I were using infinityfree. and this hosting dose not support remote mysql in free version. to do that i have to buy premium from infinityfree…
