Doing autofill is possible with some javascript code.

But store email and password automatically is not possible i think but maybe it could be with some aix in future.

emails and passwords of user are saved in cookies then you are wrong

I never said that password are saved in cookies but the thing is if a User logs into any website take example of niotron community if you login and then close the chrome and again come back you are still logged in and even if you so the same thing after rebooting your device you are still logged in this is just due to cookies
