Spreadsheet write data problem

What is wrong here? I can read and write data perfectly, but when i write for the first time it writes twice. How do i fix this?

does it makes 2 cells or in same cell share some spreadsheet screen shot which can help to understand better the problem

when i write it for the first time, suppose i want to write in A1, it stored on two rows (eg. A1, A2). But when i write again it stored once only. It happened on the first write only.

either check the 2nd block or send the aia file :
