While using sound component to vibrate for 7 seconds it just vibrates for less than a second.
I can say just 200ms. I tried increasing millisecs to 10000 but still no change.

I checked it works perfectly as intended. Recheck your project maybe the issue is in the aia.
There is no issues but I’m playing sound and vibration at the same time. Is there any issue in this?
