Sidebar not working once the scrollable was on/check in some cases

Fixed Sidebar not working once the orientation was changed.
But there is 1 more issue related to this, sidebar not working once the scrollable was on/check.

Doesn’t it show at all ?

It get invisible, when i check off, it get normal. its not in every app. I face this issue in some of my app.
