After a few amount of replies,
it says to wait 10 hours. I know it’s for new users, I would like to request staff/moderators to increase the limits.

Be calm and have patience slowly Your trust level will increase by Reading topics and helping others. Limits are applied to making some gaps Between the Interval else users might create post and topics simultaneously.
