Nope it’s not possible to recover deleted projects.

Before you delete projects, you are always reminded that this action is permanent. When something is done, it is done; you cannot wash away your footprints in dried concrete. Next time, save your projects somewhere on your computer before you delete it so that you can always fetch it back when you need it.
