Problem sign up with email (Account Shop)

Hello everyone

I have problem sign up with email (Account Shop)
No verify code or any email sent to my email.
And another problem is click “Lost your password?” button and fill in email address and click “Reset Password” button, no email sent to my email.
When I fill in my email address to Register, I get a notification “Error: An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.”
as shown below
Somebody help me please
