Problem in Buying Niotron Package from Nepal

I tried to buy a Niotron package using my bank card. My card can pay in INR, but after OTP, I got this error:

“As per Indian regulations, export transactions require a customer name and address. More info here: https://stripe.com/docs/india-exports”

Because of this, it is hard for users from Nepal to purchase Niotron packages. If this issue can be solved soon, many Nepali users can also join and use Niotron easily.

If you can pay in INR, Can you try other payment methods than stripe

I checked Instamojo also, but it only shows Indian mobile wallets/UPI options. There is no option to pay directly with card. So for users from Nepal, this is also not working. :slightly_frowning_face:

If Niotron team can add any global payment option (like PayPal, card payment, etc.), it will be very helpful for international users. :slightly_smiling_face:
