This problem is on stripe maybe you can contact their support team and see why this problem is there
Niotron should be the one contacting them. Secondly, you should add more payment options.
I would recommend to try again a bit later with Stripe. We are also open to suggestions to implement more payment options
PayPal would also be interesting as a payment method
