Please update SDK 13 because after August 31 our app will be removed from the play store, as you mentioned SDK 13 is available in beta version, I also tried the beta version but in the beta version my app is getting many bugs, so how do I release my app on playstore?

If your app is currently targeting SDK 31, your app will also be available on the Play Store for all Android versions after August 31, 2023 (at least for one year).

That’s what Google (probably intentionally) worded clumsily/incompletely. It should read:
You won’t be able to release updates UNLESS your app is targeting Android 13 or above.
