Hello Community,
One signal component is not working as expected, when user gets the notification and we click on it then the user is not getting redirected to the app.
The App stays shut.
How to fix this and by when will it be fixed?

This issue has been fixed in the Beta Server
when will it be live?
TIPS: if you are using one singal, in the future Google can send you a mail to fill data safety form because of onesingal its take some information like device id, model etc.

we usually do fill data safety form while submitting the application.
Do you have an alternative to one signal that is working?
@abhijith I understand it could be annoying on your part, but we need a concrete answer from you as to the when the changes will be live for us, you understand we have got commercial projects going on.
It is already live in the beta server, we will push the changes to the main builder once users have tested their application on the beta server and we have fixed most of the bugs.
How can we test this ourselves on the Beta server?
Also do we have a way to change notification icon and notification sound in the beta server?
