Is not a niotron hiding anything see your app version code. the warring contains your old version app builded from kodular that’s why this warning showing there because kodular taking platform commission from unity ads.

Play console warning is coming from the unity ads sdk not niotron so not blame is nitron hiding something.
How to fix the issue:

you need to update your app at least 2 to 3 times once all user at 85% user updated to latest version the warning will stop showing.

Update the app by setting up Minimum android SDK to Android 5 or Android 5.1
This might solve your issue.
