I was following your post blindly that’s why I was getting error because in this post you are showing WRITE_SETTINGS permission.
I saw two big mistakes
in that post, first - WRITE_SETTINGS is not required and second - you set wrong folder name in Start Download component. You have set the full path but there should be folder name Download.
