I dont know why it take so much time to activate. I pay for app monitization just activate it. If it do not auto activate, Then also it should not take more then 5 to 10 min. Because I dont think 1000 user activate in every 1 hr. I am waiting from 2 hr dont know how much more i will have to wait.
