I am writing to report an issue regarding the duration of the Monetization Component Package ($4.99) that I purchased on July 29th.
Despite purchasing a 1-month plan, my monetization access expired today on August 28th—before completing a full calendar month. Due to system delay issues when building my APK on the day of purchase, I was already unable to export my project back then. Now, my access has been cut short early.
Could the support team please look into this system discrepancy where 1-month access expires in 29 days? I kindly request adding 2 extra days to my account so I can successfully export my APK as intended under my paid subscription.
