It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select “Download Blocks as Image”. You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.

How are you purchasing something? Please provide these blocks, too… also did you check the ErrorOccurred event?

Purchase is successful but event not trigger After payment block not work
It’s still a bug from a long time ago; hopefully, future patches will cure it. I thus made the decision to purchase 404 Not Found | Pura Vida Apps unfortunately it seems like this Aix won’t receive any more updates.
I also have used and tried unsuccessfully on A I 2 and Kod. Did you happen to find one that works without any bugs?
