How to use CSV parser offline

Please i need help on how i can use spreadsheet saved as csv file in my proposed app from the asset using csvparser component or … by visualizing a column list ( in the a spreadsheet ) in listview, then when there a click in the list it open rows of another column also in list view.

Below is the effort i have expendit but it was’nt working

Thanks, yes i saw the component but i didnt know how or where to store the CSV file and how to program it to the app.
Please i need better guide line.
