How to Solve All Packages Permission in Playstore

I use niotron package component for detect phone install apps. But when I am go to publish my app on Playstore. Playstore show me error All_Package_Permission error.

Please help me and suggest me to detect install apps in device an another ways and publish app on Playstore. Please :pray:

Without this permission, You can’t get install app list (Android 10+)
