I created a YouTube thumbnail downloader app. After downloading the thumbnails from there, it is successfully saved but does not show up in the gallery. Only visible from the file manager. This is something I’ve tested on several devices, all having the same problem. What is the solution?

Use taifun tools extension after downloading use the gallery fresh component and give the file path
