My suggestions

1. Make sure that you provide the users ID
2. Make sure the device you are sending to still have the app installed
3. Make sure that the app you are using to send the notification is the same app registered to your Onesignal account for the App ID and API Key.

Make sure that you provide the users ID

Where i find the user id, I don’t see any blocks available to get user id.

You will find a block to that in the Onesignal component

Subscription ID and User ID are not same thing in OneSignal, I’m try all method it’s not working when I am try to send push to a Single a User.

Subscription ID and User ID

The Users Subscription ID is an ID form the users using the app so before you can target someone by sending a notification to single person you have to know his/her Subscription ID, which you can get through that block.
