Have you tried using exo player/YouTube player with Background task extension

You can run following component or extensions in background , its possible
https://maadhav-ytdl.herokuapp.com/video_info.php?url= + videoid

Step 1 - Create a web component
Step 2 - Call that url (https://maadhav-ytdl.herokuapp.com/video_info.php?url=)
Step 3 - extract only direct video link url
And replace unwanted text
Step 4 - use player component (niotron) to run music with direct url
Step 5 (recommend) use notification style
