How to parse data from Airtable

I am trying to get cell 1 value, how can I get if I have “get all rows” value?
do I need to use dictionaries or list is fine?

Use list and when you get all data use select list item with index 🙆🙆 give index number only

yes , I am using that only. just for better testing I stored responseContent into tiny DB
