How can I know / set the minSdkVersion?

In Kodular when a new project is created you can choose which SDK (API). Why is Niotron not like this? How do I know what API I’m working on?

To see API follow the followings steps:
Step 1 : click on the settings icon.

Step 2 : click on this releases option.

Step 3 : here you can see the API on which you are working and set API according to you

You can only set (choose) the minSdkVersion (not the targetSdkVersion).
