what should you do if your payment is successful but the subscription is not activated.
So let’s start

Step 1 :

Method 1

Go to Moderators group

Method 2

Click on :point_right: @moderators and then click on :point_down:

Step 2 :

Send message with below :point_down: information.

  • Where are you from (country name).
  • Payment method.
  • Store order id.
  • Store & Niotron email id.
  • Transaction id & screenshot.

Q1 - How to get store order id?
Ans : Go to Account>Orders to get order id.
