This error is because you are picking 1st item within the empty list which truely causes error , for solution add on whole blocks or send me aia in pm if possible
block problem add item to list > make a list > select list item list > {name} but you need to give {global Name} in select list item list > {global Name}
you try to store empty value in empty list
Set this Variable to Name form name
Means Change the small name to Capital Name and see if it works beacuse you are adding items in name list and which probably be an empty list and you are Adding items to Name Lists so try changing
