From For each number and each item are syncronous it display after task done so we created solution to Solve this issue
Give List of List items to Start Loop For Each Items
Give List of List items to Start Loop For Each numbers
Set Delay in milliseconds for each Iteration
Stop the Loop
Do Task for perform for each item or number
Do not Use both List Loop and Number Loop at once
