Facebook bidding with max interstitial ad problem

Facebook bidding with max. banner ad and reward ads are appearing but interstitial ad are not showing.

I’m also added test device in max and facebook.banner and reward test ad are showing but interstitial ad are not working.

Applovin max banner ads issue

Anyone can help me. When show max banner (facebook bidding) my all design part are going hide and banner show at top. I’m also place max banner in horizontal arrangement and without any arrangement but it’s still hide design and it’s showing at top.
