Companion connection disappear after 20%

When I connect to companion it show 15% then 20% then nothing happen and that process also hide.
I tried to update companion app, also clear caches from browser but same problem.

please if anyone know how to fix it tell me.

now it’s working fine thank you, but i have one question if this type of problem happen in future then how to know it’s server side problem or user(it mean we) side problem?
