Collect all phone numbers of every contact in user's phone

I want to make an app which collects phone number of every contact in the user’s phone with their name…

So, It collects phone number of everyone contact in the user’s phone including their name, its ok even it wants the phone access permission…

If anyone could help me with this then please send your answer below…

I would also like to know if I could find any phone number to contact icon extension, like it shows the photo list like this extension
