[Bug] Airtable Problem

I don’t know if this is a bug but I created a withdrawal page where the user can enter his name and email address and then the data is stored in airtable there is a problem I am facing when the user clicks on submit then the airtable does not take the data and when the submit button click one more than the data stored actually. please help
