I Found A Issue In Admob Native Ad Unit Size

On This Size, Admob Ad Unit Is Not Loading

I hope You Will Fix It

One More Thing If You Can Do
Make Admob Native Adunit Responsive Like Facebook Native it will be great

I don’t use this block so I didn’t find this problem. Anyway, it would be nice if you inform your device model and android version. If it is not a problem you can share the link for your app too to see if the problem occurs in differente android versions too.
