bottom sheet cancel on outside touch not working

I mean I don’t want to cancel on outside touch
I’m cancelling by that only, in video

Mine is Android 9
i dont want to cancel it by touching outside mine is android 11
i am try to make as a download progress ( so untill it complete the download ) user cant skip it
i even tried on block outside touch > false
but not work
I have checked it too and it was not working
But add this block to screen initialise it’ll work
